Isaiah 55:11

So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

This is a special writing this morning. I was viewing the search phrases so I would know what people are looking for on this web site and noticed that someone wanted to know where to find the above verse. I hope this is helpful to you.

Isaiah 55:11 is one of my favorite verses because whenever I begin to feel like I am wasting time putting out God's word for people to read and enjoy, he always reminds me of this verse. He tells me that my work is never in vain and that every posting will in some way help others.

Thank you, Lord, for this promise. It is wonderful to know that my efforts are helping others to come closer to you and to find the Lord Jesus Christ. May you lead and guide those who read the words you give me. May you always lead and guide me and protect me from leading others astray. - Amen.
