Philippians 4:19-20  But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

God will supply all your need. Now, he does not say that he will supply all our wants – he says need. I sometimes have to be reminded of this fact. Many times I get myself in a bind financially. I get frightened – afraid that I cannot pay my bills. This doesn’t happen because I spend too much money on myself. It happens many times because I try to help others out financially. This recently happened to me and God showed me these verses again to let me know that he is going to take care of my need. So, I am depending on him to do so.

If you ever find yourself in a bind, like I have, trust God. Depend on him. Don’t go around depressed and wondering where the money will come from or how you will survive the problems. Put a smile on your face, peace in your spirit, and turn to God. Tell him that  you are depending 100 per cent on him to take care of the problem. You are laying it at his feet – better yet, drop it in his lap! Then, go about your duties of daily living and forget about the problem. It is no longer your problem – it is not God’s problem.
